Digital Humanities

EXPERTISE AREA

The Institute for Design Informatics’ digital humanities brings together computational tools, digital technologies and data-driven methods with humanities research such as in literature, linguistics, history or art. A key quality of our work here is to produce new insights, solutions and pathways in the GLAM (Galleries, Libraries, Archives, Museums) sector, and to connect digital humanities expertise with design and creative methodologies. Our digital humanities expertise is also represented by the Humanities Informatics research group.
