Our Institute engages in policy design – the practice of informing and shaping governmental and industry policy, and also designing and defining the processes and mechanisms by which policy is evaluated and measured. Institute members have particular expertise in shaping policy as it relates to the creative industries (through Creative Informatics and EKIP) and in data governance and privacy. We also study for design of policy, and use design and creative methods to engage policy makers, users, beneficiaries, and citizens, to shape and be informed about complex new policy and regulations.
